Operations Administrator
Audited operational data for 23 logistics fleets and analyzed over 6,000 monthly delivery points to optimize transportation cost efficiency. Also provided creative support by designing graphic assets for HR campaigns.
Full-Stack Developer
Developed an end-to-end fleet and attendance management system. Built RESTful APIs with Laravel, a TailwindCSS web admin dashboard, and a Flutter mobile app with offline-first synchronization. Implemented predictive maintenance, JWT authentication, and MySQL optimization.
Finance & Operations Specialist
Managed the end-to-end monthly tax compliance cycle (PPh 21, PPN) by digitizing financial records and streamlining data entry processes. Utilized spreadsheet automation and data validation techniques to calculate tax liabilities accurately before processing through the DJP Online portal. Maintained a secure digital archive of financial documents and generated ID Billing codes, improving the efficiency of the company's financial operations.

Conducted field data collection and digitized demographic/economic data using BPS's official Computer-Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI) mobile applications. Performed high-volume data entry, initial data validation, and data cleaning using Microsoft Excel to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the statistical database. Collaborated with the primary data team to identify and resolve data discrepancies prior to national statistical analysis.
Student Intern
Provided Level 1 IT Support for municipal office staff, including troubleshooting hardware/software issues and maintaining local network (LAN) connectivity. Assisted in the digital transformation of physical documents into digital government archives. Managed basic data entry and routine maintenance for internal administrative databases.
